Delivery Services and Charges
- Standard delivery charge is £35 on all orders, excluding accessories. Accessories are free shipping.
- If you are ordering single accessories, you may find it cheaper on our Amazon Shop.
- Once the order has been processed, an email will be sent to notify the customer of the manufacturer's estimated shipping date.
- Your delivery will be made between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday-Friday, depending on the courier in your area. Please allow 5-7 working days from the dispatch date.
- Your delivery will be made to the kerbside. Please ensure you make arrangements to take the flooring into your property.

- BUY-FLOORING-ONLINE complies with Distance Selling Regulations.
- Faulty items will be replaced provided that the customer informs BUY-FLOORING-ONLINE of the defect, and provides photographic evidence, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the goods;
- Buy-Flooring online will arrange for the collection of faulty items which will normally be replaced or refunded within 72 hours of their return to our depot.
- Return of regular non-customised items.
- Customers are eligible for a refund for non-customised items, such as underlay, flooring adhesive, metal door bars and grippers;
- Returned items must be received by courier undamaged and in their original manufacturers' labelling
- The customer must inform BUY-FLOORING-ONLINE by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of receiving any unwanted items;
- Subject to paragraph see about, the customer must then either:-
- Arrange for the safe return, at the purchaser's expense, of all unwanted items in their original packaging within 14 days of informing BUY-FLOORING-ONLINE of their intention to return the said items; or
- Instruct BUY-FLOORING-ONLINE to arrange for the safe collection of the unwanted items. The collection costs will be the standard courier charge plus £40 administration, payable in advance to BUY-FLOORING-ONLINE.
- Customised items, such as flooring, carpets/vinyls which has been cut off the roll to size will not be eligible for return once order has been processed.
